  • Hook Articulated streamer, 2-4
  • Thread Brown/olive 6/0

Materials

  • Rear shank Articulated shank (1)
  • Rear body Marabou + flash (full)
  • Connection Wire loop (articulated)
  • Front body Dubbing brush or rabbit (full)
  • Collar Deer hair or marabou (flared)
  • Head Spun deer hair (sculpin shape)
  • Eyes Lead dumbbell (1 pair)

How to tie it

  1. Build rear section on articulated shank with marabou and flash
  2. Connect to front hook via wire loop
  3. Build front body with dubbing brush or rabbit strip
  4. Spin deer hair collar and head
  5. Trim head to sculpin shape
  6. Add dumbbell eyes
  7. Whip finish
