Beads Clear pearl glass with one orange silver-lined bead in the centre (3 small glass beads)

How to tie it
Thread three small glass beads onto a size 14 curved nymph hook, clear pearl at each end and an orange silver-lined bead in the middle, and start olive thread at the rear.
Tie the UV Straggle in right at the back of the bend and build a small thread ball there to stop the beads sliding rearward.
Wrap two or three turns of Straggle behind the last bead, then jump the thread over each bead and take two or three turns in each gap. Do not wrap tight between beads. A little slack lets you shuffle them into position at the end.
As you jump each bead keep the Straggle underneath and the cord on top, and push the fibers downward as you go so the legs all end up on the belly.
Take the last few turns in front of the front bead, tie off behind the eye, trim and build a small head, then whip finish.
Nudge the beads even, pull any trapped fibers out from underneath, then give the top a haircut to expose the beads. The bare bead line on top acts as the shellback and gives the fly its segmentation.
