How to tie it
Slide the bead to the eye, mount the hook and start the thread.
At the bend tie in two splayed rubber tails a half shank long, and leave two forward-facing strands over the eye as antennae for now.
Bind in the copper Flashabou rib and a strip of Thin Skin, then build a peacock abdomen forward to the 60% mark.
Rib the Flashabou through the abdomen in 5-6 open turns for flash and segmentation.
Dub a fuller, lighter tobacco thorax, tie in a pair of rubber legs splayed at each side, then pull the Thin Skin over as a wingcase and bind behind the bead.
Set the antennae forward over the eye, whip finish behind the bead and cement.
