Tail Golden pheasant topping, red strands, powdered blue macaw and pintail (1 topping + strands)
Butt Black herl (few turns)
Body Light yellow silk, light yellow seal's fur, red seal's fur at throat (as needed)
Rib Oval silver lace and oval silver tinsel (5-6 turns)
Hackle White furnace hackle dyed light yellow, palmered over fur (1)
Throat Red hackle and widgeon (1 collar)
Wing Married golden pheasant tippet/tail, brown mottled turkey, Amherst pheasant, pintail, bustard, summer duck, parrot, powdered blue and red macaw, gallina, mallard, and a topping (1 married pair)
Cheek Chatterer (blue kingfisher substitute) (1 per side)
Horns Blue macaw (1 per side)

How to tie it
Start the tag at a point above the barb: wrap several turns of fine silver twist, then a short band of light blue silk. Tie in a golden pheasant topping for the tail with a few red strands and slips of powdered blue macaw and pintail over it.
Form the butt with two or three turns of black herl. Ahead of it lay two turns of light yellow floss, then spin and wrap light yellow seal's fur for the body, finishing with three turns of red seal's fur at the throat.
Counter-rib the body with oval silver lace followed by oval silver tinsel in 5-6 evenly spaced turns. Palmer the yellow-dyed white furnace hackle along the fur portion, one turn tight behind each rib so the rib protects it.
At the throat wind a red hackle and a turn of widgeon as a beard, then stroke the fibres down and back.
Build the mixed married wing from paired slips of tippet and tail strands with the listed married feathers, keeping the two halves matched and low over the body; set a topping over all so its tip meets the tail tip.
Add chatterer cheeks, a pair of blue macaw horns crossing above the wing, form a small black herl head and whip finish.
