How to tie it
Start thread behind the eye and lash the bead chain eyes on top of the shank about one eye-length back with figure-eight wraps; add a few turns of lead wire behind them if you want it to sink faster.
Run thread to the hook bend and tie in a full clump of olive marabou for a tail about one shank length long. Keep it sparse so it pulses.
Build a slim dubbing noodle of Cohen's Carp Dub and wrap forward, stopping at the 60% mark to leave room for legs.
Tie in a pair of barred rubber legs on each side (three pairs total), splayed out from the body so they wave on the drop.
Dub over the leg tie-in points and continue forward, figure-eighting around and in front of the bead-chain eyes to lock everything in.
Whip finish behind the eye and add a small drop of UV resin to the thread wraps for durability.
Pick out the dubbing with a bodkin so the fly looks buggy and breathes in the water.
