How to tie it
- Mount the curved hook and start the thread at the 75% mark, wrapping a base around the bend.
- Dub a slim caddis-green abdomen forward to the 65% mark, keeping it lean and slightly translucent.
- Rib forward with 5-6 open turns of gold wire and tie off for segmentation.
- Dub a small darker thorax at the 75% mark.
- Wrap one turn of soft brown or partridge hackle at the front and sweep the fibers back.
- Build a small thread head and whip finish.
- Pick a couple of fibers loose at the thorax to suggest legs.
