How to tie it
Start the brown thread behind the eye and lay a base down the shank.
Tie in the copper wire on the near side and bind it down around the bend, stopping about a third of the way down the bend.
Cut the end of the olive tubing at an angle, tie it in with the angled point facing down, and bind it back to where the wire stops.
Tie in the Glamour Madeira near the eye, wrap the thread back over it to build a smooth underbody, then bring the thread forward again.
Wrap the Glamour Madeira forward in touching turns to cover the body, stopping one eye-length short of the eye, tie it off with a couple of wraps, and trim.
Pull the olive tubing forward over the top of the body, cinch it down behind the eye with several tight wraps, then stretch the tag tight and clip it so it springs back for a clean head.
Spiral the copper wire forward in evenly spaced turns, keeping the tubing centered on top, then tie the wire off and helicopter the excess.
