- Thread Black 6/0
Materials
- Tube Clear / black tube (Small plastic tube with junction sleeve)
- Body Black / claret material (Ice dubbing or tinsel)
- Wing Black / natural / claret rabbit (Zonker strip)
- Flash Silver / pearl flash (Few strands Flashabou)

How to tie it
- Seat the tube on a tube tool or fine needle and start the thread near the rear of the tube.
- Wrap a short body of ice dub or tinsel forward over the middle third of the tube.
- Tie in a rabbit zonker strip on top at the front and let it trail two tube-lengths behind for a long wagging wing.
- Add a few strands of flash along each side of the strip.
- Wrap a soft collar of guinea or hackle in front of the wing so it sweeps back.
- Build a small thread head, whip finish, and add a drop of superglue to the tube.
- Slide a junction sleeve onto the rear of the tube to hold the trailing hook in line.
