How to tie it
Mount the hook and start thread, then take a clump of yellowish-brown deer hair and bind it to form a hollow extended body reaching one shank length past the bend, ribbing it with thread to segment.
Leave three deer hair tips at the rear as a split tail.
Stand a yellow calf-hair or poly post upright at the 60% mark and anchor its base.
Tie in a grizzly and a brown hackle against the post.
Dub a brown-drake thorax around the post base.
Wind both hackles parachute-style around the post in 5-6 turns and tie off under the post.
Whip finish at the eye and add a tiny drop of cement to the post base.
