Seat the coffee brown bead on the jig hook and dress the shank.
Tie in an olive blood-quill marabou tail off the side, one shank length, with a couple of soft turns; wrap the butts down and take a locking turn behind the tail base.
Tie in the small copper wire, clearing any stray marabou fibers, and bind the butts along the whole shank so the underbody stays level.
Tie in two strands of copper holographic Magnum Flashabou and wrap them forward to cover the body; tie off.
Lay a sparse amount of olive UV2 Seal-X across the thread and spin the copper wire into a tight dubbing brush (a dubbing loop or block works on a standard vise).
Wrap the brush forward as a thin collar/body hackle so the copper flash still glints through; tie off behind the bead.
Whip finish and add head cement.
Pick the fibers out lightly and brush them back. Keep this one's profile slim.
