Lay a thread base, leaving a generous bare space at the eye for the weed guard and head.
Tie in two sparse bunches of white Predator Fibres, one along each side of the shank, tapered at both ends. This sets the baitfish shape.
Double about a dozen strands of Mirage opal Polarflash around the thread and distribute them along both sides so the flash envelopes the Predator Fibres.
Fold the red poly bear throat under the shank so it extends a bit more than one hook-gap back, and tuck it up underneath.
Tie the Lumi glow wing on top, then the glow-in-the-dark Flashabou over it. Taper the ends so nothing finishes blunt, and keep the material riding on top.
Tie in a length of 30 lb mono flat behind the eye with several firm wraps so two legs point rearward-down; these become the weed guards.
Whip finish and cut the thread, then stand the two mono guards down and slightly splayed and lock them in position with a drop of UV resin; cure.
Glue a red 1/4 inch Ultra Eye to each side with UV resin, curing one side at a time.
Layer more UV resin over the top, sides, bottom and behind the eyes to build a durable head; cure hard.
