Slide the tungsten bead to the eye, wrap a few turns of lead behind it and bind them down so the bead can't slide back; cover with thread.
Prepare the mop finger: pinch the fuzz off one end to expose the core string, and tie that bare core in firmly at the bend so the mop extends off the back.
Lightly singe the free end of the mop with a torch or lighter to taper and seal it. It looks more natural and can't unravel.
Tie in the extra-fine silver wire, bent back over itself so it can't pull out.
Load the wire with the blended collar dubbing (Diamond Brite, rubber-leg dubbing, and rabbit run through a coffee grinder) and spin it into a small brush.
Wrap the brush as a collar between the mop tie-in and the bead; tie off behind the bead.
Pick the collar out well with a dubbing picker, stroking everything rearward, and pull any loose fibers now. The little rubber wigglies should show.
