Lay a thread base and tie in a clump of white extra-select craft fur at the bend for the tail, taking plenty of good tight turns.
Tie a clump of barred brown/tan craft fur on top of the white tail.
Fold a bunch of wild olive Flash 'n Slinky in half over the thread, taper the ends, and tie it in on top just ahead of the tail tie-in.
Under the shank, tie in shrimp pink laser dub to cover the bottom of the fly as the belly/throat.
Cut the white Flash 'n Slinky into thirds for a tapered wing (avoid blunt ends), and tie it in just behind the eye. A little on each side and coming around the bottom.
Tie a few pink SF fibers along each side as a lateral line.
Tie a small, well-tapered bunch of brown Flash 'n Slinky over the top so it envelopes the top corners. Keep it sparse; overdressing is the common streamer mistake.
Build a neat head with firm tension (flat thread is slippery), whip finish, coat the head with Bone Dry UV resin, and cure.
Glue a molded prism eye to each side of the head with a dollop of Marine Goop.
