Start the orange Nano Silk and X-wrap the medium dumbbell eyes on top of the shank right in front of the hook eye, wrapping underneath around the X to cinch it; coat the wraps with UV resin and cure.
Take the thread around the bend. Blend the blue-brown and peachy scud dubbing half-and-half (a coffee grinder works), roll a pinch in your fingers, and tie it in at the bend extending rearward as the shrimp's back/tail; trim to shape.
Tie in 2-3 strands of pumpkin rubber hackle at the bend so they trail and pulsate, plus one strand of black rubber hackle for the antennae.
Tie in the coral 1mm pearl chenille at the rear.
Wrap the chenille forward in touching turns to behind the dumbbell eyes, building a slight taper, and tie it off. This bright underbody will peek through the collar.
Tie in the 0.1mm wire, folding it back over itself (Nano Silk is slippery), and form a dubbing loop/brush with the tan shrimp-blend dubbing so the fibers sit perpendicular.
Wrap a modest collar behind the eyes, brush it out, and tie off. Don't overdress it; the coral should still glow through underneath.
Whip finish behind the eyes and cement, and make sure the eyes are well set with resin.
