Tie in the foam booby eyes at the head with figure-8 wraps and round the ends. (The Humungus normally uses bead-chain; the Booby version substitutes foam eyes for buoyancy.)
Run the thread to the bend and tie in a black marabou tail one shank length long, with 4-5 strands of UV/pearl flash mixed in.
Optionally tie in a grizzle cock hackle by the tip at the bend to palmer later.
Tie in the Fritz chenille and wind it forward in touching turns to the eyes; if using the hackle, palmer it forward in open turns over the body.
