Lay a base of UTC Flu Fire Orange thread on the Hanak H25XH; the orange shows through the body when wet.
Tail: take a pinch of Springwater Blue Marabou, run finger and thumb up the plume to where the fluffy base changes, snap it off there and tie in at the bend; set the length as you prefer.
Body: tie in the Flu Chartreuse Pseudo Hackle with the fibres leaning rearward and wind forward in touching turns, sweeping the fibres back each turn. Stop short to leave room for the wing and eyes; tie off.
Wing: a slightly generous pinch of blue marabou, rolled, curve over the top, tied in on top and trimmed short at the butts.
Thorax: tie in the Flu Coral Orange Neon Straggle, pull the fibres back each turn, take a few turns, and tie off.
Eyes: seat the 5mm Yellow Plastazote cylinder on top with three figure-8 turns through the middle each side to secure.
