Flash Pearl flashabou (1 strand Krystal Flash per side)
How to tie it
Mount the hook and bind the bead-chain eyes at the one-third mark with figure-8 wraps.
Tie in a short pearl Mylar-tubing tail at the bend, fray the tip, and wrap back to the eyes leaving a narrow band of orange thread showing at the butt.
Thread a tan rabbit zonker onto the hook point and slide it to the bend so a fingernail of leather sits flat as the tail wing.
Catch in the diamond braid behind the eyes, wrap back to just shy of the tail, then forward again for a full pearly body and tie off behind the eyes.
Bind a sparse cream craft-fur overwing on top with one strand of pearl flash per side, extending just past the wing.
Figure-8 a small head around the eyes, whip finish and cement.
