Tyer Recipe
- Hook jig nymph, 12-16
- Thread black 8/0
Materials
- slotted tungsten bead Silver bead (1)
- coq de leon tail fibers Natural coq de leon fibers (small bunch)
- ice dub body Blue ice dub (small amount)
- wire rib Silver wire (body length)
How to tie it
- Slide a slotted bead to the eye of the jig hook and start the thread behind it.
- Tie in a short coq de leon tail at the bend.
- Tie in the wire rib, then dub a blue ice-dub body forward to the bead.
- Counter-wrap the wire rib in even turns and tie off.
- Build a small collar behind the bead and whip finish.
