Slide the 3/32 Tungsten Jig Bomb onto the hook with its offset hole so the bead sits on the upright leg of the flat eye, out in front of the shank.
Start the Grey Veevus 14/0 behind the bead and build a wedge of thread against its back edge to lock it in position as the high point on the hook; this offset weight makes the fly ride hook point up. Cut the tag.
Tie in the Blue Small Wire behind the bead, wrap back over it along the near side to just slightly round the bend, then forward again, smoothing a thin thread body with only a slight taper.
Wrap the wire forward in about five evenly spaced turns to the bead, bind with a couple of turns and helicopter it off.
Twist a tiny pinch of UV Grey or Lavender Ice Dub tight on the thread and build a small ball right against the back edge of the bead so the thread ends at the bead.
Whip finish behind the bead. Optionally touch head cement to the thread, make a couple of turns and unwind them so the cement bleeds in without gumming the dubbing.
