- Thread Tan 6/0 (140 denier)
Materials
- Body Tan/yellow material (2mm foam, layered)
- Legs Barred yellow rubber legs (2 knotted rubber legs)

- Indicator Orange permanent marker (small foam post)
How to tie it
- Mount the long-shank hook and lay a thread base to the bend.
- Bind a tan foam strip along the top and segment it with 2-3 thread cinches to form the abdomen, rear end reaching past the bend.
- Tie in a few strands of flash and a natural elk-hair wing over the body, tips at the bend.
- Knot a rubber leg for each side and bind them so they kick down and back at the thorax.
- Fold a short foam section forward over the thorax for the head and bind behind the eye, leaving a stub bullet.
- Set a bright foam indicator tab on top, whip finish under the head, and trim legs to about one shank length.
