Sheet foam (body) 2mm, tan over orange (1 cut strip)

How to tie it
Start the thread behind the eye and lay a base back to a point between the hook point and barb.
Dub a thin layer of orange ice dub and build a robust, slightly tapered body along the shank.
Lay a strip of the tan-over-orange 2mm foam (orange side down) on top so its rear tip sits just past the bend; bind it with a couple of wraps over the tail, then walk the thread forward to create a waist about a third up the shank.
Tie two centipede legs on each side at the waist by bringing them under the fly and splitting them fore and aft; add securing wraps so they flare.
Lay a short strip of orange 1mm foam over the top as a sight post and trim it upright.
Pull the foam body back over the top, cord (twist) the thread, and spiral it once through the body to segment it, bringing the thread to the front third.
Fold the foam down again, build a small thread band, and add a second pair of centipede legs the same way.
Add a second orange 1mm foam sight post over the top and trim upright.
Whip finish underneath the head, trim the legs to length, and add a drop of glue to the underside wraps.
