Pinch the barb, start hot pink thread, and take it to the bend.
Tie in two strands of crystal flash folded over to make four for the tail; trim later if long.
Tie in two pink saddle feathers over the flash so a little flash shows beneath; leave the stems on and bind them up the shank with loose wraps to keep the body smooth.
Catch in the medium red wire at the FRONT of the shank (leaves the rear smooth).
Also catch in the large holographic mylar at the front, then wrap the mylar back to the tail and forward again in touching turns, keeping the body smooth; tie off up front.
Counter-wrap the red wire rib in about six even turns, secure, and helicopter it off; bury any sharp stub with thread.
Flip the hook (or work underneath) and tie in a sparse, lightly stacked white bucktail belly under the shank with pinch wraps; trim the butts.
Tie in a slightly fuller clump of chartreuse bucktail on top, unstacked so the tips stay ragged, reaching to about the middle of the tail; trim the butts.
Build a big pink streamer head over the butts, whip finish toward the back of the head, and finish with a generous drop of UV resin.
