Tie in the brown micro tubing on one side of the hook and the light golden stone micro tubing on the other side, holding the first out of the way.
Tie in the flash tinsel so it sits under the tubing, smooth the thread and lead wraps, wrap the tinsel in touching turns up to the bead, tie off and trim, then whip finish.
Invert the hook, turn it to face you and work the Polish weave with the two tubings, keeping the light one over the belly and the dark one behind, wrapping up to the bead.
Return the hook to normal position, tie off the tubings behind the bead and trim the tag ends.
Tie in the turkey quill wing case (back sprayed with 3M adhesive) behind the bead and bring it about three quarters of the way back, leaving the abdomen showing.

Darken the top of the thread wraps and the wing case with a black Sharpie.
Coat the wing case and collar thread wraps with Solarez Bone Dry, then put Solarez Thin Hard on the wing case only and cure both with the UV lamp.
